Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1 day and delivered in 3-5 working days. Tracking details are shared, but delays may occur.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery (excluding custom/personalised items). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the proof of purchase.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us with photos within 3 days, and we’ll resolve it.
Sale Item Returns: Sale items can only be returned for store credit (valid for 90 days). Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible, but exchanges may be available as per our return policy.
