In the rare event that you don’t like what you see, or you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your package within 3 days of delivery. Custom/bespoke orders and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products - Returns or Exchanges:
We take great care to ensure every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect the package upon delivery and notify us within 3 days by emailing clear photos to our customer care team.

To be eligible for a return or exchange in such cases:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned with original packaging (Original box, and Courier bag)

  • Original shipping Label should be present. 

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund at no additional cost.


2. For Non-Defective - Returns or Exchanges (Size/Preference Changes):
In cases where the product delivered is not defective or damaged, and the customer wishes to initiate a return or exchange due to reasons unrelated to quality or product issues (such as change of mind, size, or preference), we are happy to assist. However, a Reverse logistics cost + Handling fees of ₹150 will be charged. This amount will either be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately in the case of an exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange in such cases:

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition

    • It must be returned with original packaging (Original box, and Courier bag)

    • Original shipping Label should be present. 

 

  • Exchange for products bought during sale are not accepted.
  • Returns for products bought during sale.  If you wish to return all the products bought during sale, we will share store credits which will be valid for 90 days from the date of credit issued. You can buy anything from our store with the credits within 90 days. If you wish to return partial order of the combo bought during sale, the current price of the products kept by the customer will be charged, and the remaining amount will be returned after we receive the items returned in our warehouse.

For example, if you buy a combo of two products each priced at ₹1200 and ₹1000 respectively, with a total price of ₹2200, but due to a clearance sale, it's available at ₹2000. Later, you wish to return one item of the combo priced at ₹1000. Since the product that you want to keep is individually available for ₹1200, we will deduct the ₹1200 from the ₹2000 paid and refund ₹800 as store credits, which will expire within 90 days. Please note that the products bought under any sale, if the customer wants to return, he/she will have to send the product back at his/her own cost. Store credits will be share after the product has been returned and successfully delivered in our warehouse.
